Privacy Policy
Effective October 22, 2026
The short version. We collect what we need to tell your story and deliver your Story Kit. Your story (film, feature, transcript and soccer and academic details) is public once it's live, and verified college coaches can browse it in our coach portal. Your email, phone, date of birth, story-starter notes and parent details are never published, and coaches only get your contact details if you say yes. We never sell your data.
1. Who is responsible for your data
Red Wall Recruits is a trading name of Ramat Sports Group LLC, a Florida limited liability company, which also runs Find Your Club and StoryCrowd. We are the "controller" of the personal data in this policy. Contact us at players@redwallrecruits.com.

3. How we use it, and our legal basis
If you're in the UK or EU, the law requires us to explain the legal basis for each use:
- Producing your story and Story Kit and running your portal: performing our agreement with you.
- Publishing your story and listing it in the coach portal so coaches, search engines and AI tools can find it: your consent, given when you agree during onboarding (and your parent's, if you're under 18). You can withdraw it by asking us to take your story down.
- Running the coach portal, including checking that coaches work for a college program: our legitimate interests.
- Passing on coach contact requests and, only if you (or your parent) say yes, your contact details: your consent.
- Contacting a parent or guardian to confirm an under-18 story, and keeping the Service secure: our legitimate interests in protecting young players.
- Sharing within Ramat Sports Group (Find Your Club and StoryCrowd) so they can tell you about clubs, camps, showcases and opportunities: your consent, or your parent or guardian's if you're under 18. Optional, off unless switched on, and you can switch it off any time.
- Telling you about our services: our legitimate interests. Every such email lets you opt out.
- Payment and tax records: legal obligation.
4. Who we share it with
- The public, once your story is live. Search engines and AI tools may index or copy it.
- College coaches in our coach portal, who see your story and details but never your contact details unless you agree to share them with that coach.
- Within Ramat Sports Group, only if you opt in (your parent or guardian, if you're under 18).
- Our team, including contractors in the UK and US who produce stories.
- Service providers under contract: Sanity (secure database and files), Netlify (hosting), Resend (email), Stripe (payments), our remote capture tool provider (recording your interview), YouTube (hosting story films; embedded in privacy-enhanced mode), and Google Fonts (website fonts).
- Legal reasons, if required by law or to protect someone's safety.
We do not sell your personal information, and we don't use young players' information for targeted advertising.
5. International transfers
We're based in the United States, and our providers process data in the US and other countries. Where the law requires, we rely on safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
6. Cookies
We use one essential cookie, rw_s, which keeps you signed in to your portal for up to 30 days. We don't use analytics or advertising cookies. Embedded YouTube films may set their own cookies when played.
7. Young players
- Red Wall Recruits is not for children under 13. If we learn we've collected information from a child under 13, we delete it.
- For players aged 13 to 17 we email a parent or guardian to confirm. Nothing is published until they do, and they can take the story down at any time.
- Sharing within Ramat Sports Group is off for under-18s unless a parent or guardian switches it on.
- California residents under 18 can ask us to remove content they've posted (California Business and Professions Code §22581) by emailing players@redwallrecruits.com.
8. How long we keep it
We keep your story and account while your membership is active, so we can update it. If your membership ends, we take your story down. If you ask us to take your story down or delete your account, we delete your record, recordings and files from our live systems within 30 days; copies may remain in providers' backups for a short time. We keep payment records as long as tax law requires.
9. Security
Your private details are kept in a private database only our server code can read. We use HTTPS, single-use sign-in links and signed session cookies. We'll tell you and the relevant authorities about a serious breach where the law requires.
10. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask for a copy of your data, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, and withdraw consent at any time. Email players@redwallrecruits.com; we'll respond within one month. In the UK you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk); EU residents can contact their local authority.
11. Changes
We'll post any changes here with a new date and tell you about significant ones by email.
