Terms of Use

1. Who we are

Red Wall Recruits ("Red Wall Recruits", "we", "us") is a trading name of Ramat Sports Group LLC, a Florida limited liability company, and part of the Find Your Club family of businesses. These Terms govern your use of redwallrecruits.com, your client portal, your story page and any related services (the "Service"). By buying or using the Service you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Who can use Red Wall Recruits

• You must be at least 13. The Service is not for children under 13.
• If you're under 18, a parent or legal guardian must agree. We'll email them a private link to confirm. By confirming, they accept these Terms on your behalf; your own agreement alone is not enough. They can take your story down at any time from the same link, and they decide on coach contact requests.
• A story is for one player, about themselves. A parent or guardian may buy it for their child.

3. The Recruit Story membership

What's included. For US$250 a year you get: a remote interview using our questions; an edited story film; a written feature and full transcript; a story page at redwallrecruits.com; a listing in our coach portal; and a Story Kit (coach email templates, social graphics and captions, a target-list builder and a playbook). What's included may be described in more detail on our website when you join.

Your part. Give us accurate details in your portal and record your interview with our remote capture tool. We can't start until you've done both.

Timing. We aim to publish your story within 72 hours of you recording your interview. Occasionally it may take longer (for example, if a recording needs to be redone, or we're waiting on a parent's confirmation), and we'll tell you if so.

Publishing. We edit your interview into your story and publish it; we email you when it's live. If you're under 18, we only publish once your parent or guardian has confirmed. If you spot a mistake, tell us and we'll correct it. We may decline to publish anything we believe is inaccurate, unlawful or could cause harm.

Keeping it current. During your membership, tell us about new highlights, grades or a commitment and we'll update your story page within reason.

Renewal and cancellation. Your membership renews automatically each year at the then-current price unless you cancel before your renewal date (email us or use the link in your Stripe receipt). If your membership ends, your story page and coach portal listing are taken down.

4. Payment and refunds

Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.

• First year: if you change your mind, email us within 14 days of paying and we'll refund you in full, as long as you haven't recorded your interview.
• Once you record: recording your interview is your request for us to start work on your story straight away. From that point the first-year payment is not refundable, and you agree that this ends any statutory 14-day cancellation right you may have for the first year.
• Renewals: email us within 14 days of a renewal charge and we'll refund it in full and end your membership.
• Under-18s: if a parent or guardian declines to confirm, we'll refund in full.
• Otherwise payments aren't refundable, including for part of a year. Nothing here affects any statutory rights you have as a consumer.

5. Your story and your content

Accuracy. Coaches rely on what you tell us. Your playing history, academic results, statistics and other details must be truthful and not misleading.

What you provide. Only send photos, videos and information you have the right to share, and don't include other people's private information without their permission.

Ownership and permission. You own what you say and send us. You give Ramat Sports Group LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to record, edit, host, publish and share your interview and story, in your story film, written feature, transcript and story page, on our website and our YouTube and social channels, for the purpose of telling your story to coaches and helping you get found. We'll ask your permission (and your parent or guardian's, if you're under 18) before using your story in our own advertising. Ramat Sports Group LLC also runs Find Your Club and StoryCrowd; we only share your details with them if you opt in (or your parent or guardian does), and you can opt out at any time.

Taking it down. You can ask us to take your story down at any time by emailing players@redwallrecruits.com. We'll remove the story page and our copies of the film within a reasonable time, but we can't control copies other people or search engines have already made.

6. Your Story Kit

The Story Kit is for your own recruiting. You decide who to contact and what you send, and you're responsible for following the recruiting and contact rules that apply to you and to the coaches you contact.

7. No guarantees about recruiting or eligibility

• We don't guarantee that you'll be contacted, recruited, offered a roster place, admitted to any college, or awarded a scholarship or financial aid.
• Eligibility decisions are made by the NCAA, NAIA and NJCAA eligibility centers, conferences and colleges. We are not affiliated with the NCAA, NAIA, NJCAA or any college. Nothing we provide is legal, immigration, visa, tax or financial advice.

8. College coaches and the coach portal

Verified college coaching staff can browse live stories in our coach portal and see everything on your story page. They can't see your email, phone or date of birth. If a coach requests your contact details, we email you (or your parent or guardian, if you're under 18) and only share them if you say yes. We check that coaches work for a college program, but we can't guarantee what any coach does with information you choose to share. Coaches must use the portal only for genuine recruiting and follow the contact rules that apply to them.

9. Consultation and placement

Consultation (US$750) and placement (US$1,000) are separate services. What's included, payment and any refund terms will be agreed in writing before you pay, and apply alongside these Terms.

10. Things you must not do

• Give false information, or buy a story for someone without their knowledge (or, for under-18s, their parent or guardian's).
• Access the coach portal if you're not college coaching staff, or share your coach access with anyone.
• Try to access another person's portal, misuse sign-in links, or interfere with the Service.
• Copy, scrape or reuse other players' stories, or our templates and website, except as the law allows.

11. Our property

Our website, templates, Story Kit materials, designs, and the Red Wall Recruits and Find Your Club names and logos belong to Ramat Sports Group LLC. You may use your Story Kit for your own recruiting.

12. Disclaimers and limits on our liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, Ramat Sports Group LLC and its owners, staff and contractors are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost opportunities, scholarships or earnings. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and US$100. Nothing limits liability that can't legally be limited, or affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

13. Law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any problem. If you're a consumer in the United Kingdom or elsewhere, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws where you live and may bring a claim in your local courts.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms. We'll post the new version here with a new date and tell you about significant changes by email.
